Method

1. Heat oil in a large pan and fry green curry paste for 1 minute 2. Add chicken and cook until sealed 3. Pour in coconut milk and bring to a simmer 4. Add vegetables and cook until tender 5. Season with fish sauce and palm sugar 6. Serve over jasmine rice with fresh basil
