    Anchovy fillets

Method

1. Cook pasta until al dente 2. Heat oil and cook garlic and chili 3. Add prawns and cook until pink 4. Add tomatoes and secret ingredient (anchovy!) 5. Toss with pasta and fresh herbs 6. Serve with lemon wedges
