Special Burger Sauce
Standard Maccas style burger sauce that I make in bulk and can store in the fridge for a month or two.

Ingredients(8 items)
- 2cups
Egg mayonnaise
whole
- 2.5tbsp
American mustard
The classic yellow mild stuff.
- 4tbsp
Sweet gherkins
Finely chopped
- 4tsp
Gherkin juice
(from the pickle jar)
- 2tsp
Sugar
white
- 2tsp
Paprika
- 1tsp
Garlic powder
- 1tsp
Onion powder
Method
1. Combine all ingredients in a small bowl or jug and stir until smooth.
2. Use for burgers. Goes well on a chicken burger too!
Store in an airtight jar or container in the fridge.
