    1 cup

    Parmesan cheese

    1 cup, grated

  • 1

    Pine nuts

    1/4 cup, toasted

    Olive oil

    2 tablespoons

    Garlic

    2 cloves, minced

Method

1. Cook pasta until al dente 2. Reserve 1 cup pasta water 3. Toss hot pasta with pesto 4. Add pasta water gradually to create creamy sauce 5. Top with extra parmesan and pine nuts 6. Serve immediately
