Method

1. Make laksa paste by blending spices and aromatics 2. Fry paste in a pot until fragrant 3. Add coconut milk and stock, bring to a simmer 4. Cook noodles separately according to package 5. Add shrimp and cook until pink 6. Serve noodles in bowls, pour over hot broth, top with herbs
