Method

1. Pat prawns dry and season with salt and pepper 2. Heat butter and oil in a large pan 3. Add garlic and cook for 30 seconds 4. Add prawns and cook for 2 minutes per side 5. Add lemon juice and parsley 6. Serve immediately over rice or pasta
