    Spaghetti

    Beef mince

    Onion

    diced

    Carrot

    Celery stalk

    Garlic cloves

    Crushed tomatoes

  • 2tbsp

    Tomato paste

  • 100ml

    Red wine

  • 2tbsp

    Olive oil

    Parmesan cheese

Method

1. Heat olive oil in a large pan over medium heat. 2. Add onion, carrot, and celery. Cook until softened, about 5 minutes. 3. Add minced beef and cook until browned, breaking up with a spoon. 4. Stir in garlic and cook for 1 minute. 5. Add tomato paste, crushed tomatoes, wine, and herbs. 6. Simmer for 45 minutes to 1 hour, stirring occasionally. 7. Meanwhile, cook spaghetti according to package directions. 8. Season sauce with salt and pepper to taste. 9. Serve sauce over pasta, topped with Parmesan cheese.
