Chicken Stir-Fry

- 500g
Chicken thigh
sliced
- 200g
Broccoli florets
- 1
Bell pepper
sliced
- 3
Garlic cloves
minced
- 1tbsp
Fresh ginger
minced
- 3tbsp
Soy sauce
- 2tbsp
Oyster sauce
- 1tsp
Sesame oil
- 1tbsp
Cornstarch
- 2tbsp
Vegetable oil
- 2
Spring onions
sliced
- 1tbsp
Sesame seeds
Method
1. Mix soy sauce, oyster sauce, sesame oil, and cornstarch for sauce.
2. Heat vegetable oil in a wok over high heat.
3. Add chicken and stir-fry until golden, about 4 minutes. Remove.
4. Add more oil, then stir-fry garlic and ginger for 30 seconds.
5. Add broccoli and bell pepper. Stir-fry for 2 minutes.
6. Return chicken to wok.
7. Pour in sauce and toss until everything is coated and sauce thickens.
8. Garnish with spring onions and sesame seeds.
9. Serve immediately over steamed rice.
