Method

1. Season fish fillets with salt and pepper 2. Place in a baking dish and bake for 12-15 minutes 3. Meanwhile, make lemon cream sauce in a pan 4. Add cream, lemon juice, and capers 5. Simmer until slightly thickened 6. Pour sauce over fish and serve immediately
